Application scope
Twisted pair shielded drag chain cables are suitable for installation in dry or humid indoor environments, free and continuous reciprocating motion without strong stress relief or forced guidance. They are also suitable for frequent bending situations in industrial environments, such as woodworking machinery, logistics conveying systems, lifting equipment, etc. They have good electromagnetic shielding anti-interference ability, short twisted pitch, excellent anti crosstalk characteristics, and are suitable for configurations higher than high-speed signal return lines.

Conductor: Multi strand ultra-fine twisted oxygen free copper wire, in accordance with VDE0295CLASS 6 standard.
Core color: Colors up to and including 0.5mm indicate brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange, and larger than or equal to 0.5mm. Black numbers are numbered with white numbers, and 3 or more cores have yellow green grounding wires (yellow green optional).
Shielding: Tin plated copper mesh woven shielding with a density of over 80%.
Sheath: High flexible drag chain cable material orange (RAL2003) black (RAL9005) or gray (RAL7001).
Rated voltage: greater than or equal to 0.5mm: 300/500V, less than 0.5mm: 300/300V.
Test voltage: 2000V.
Temperature range for use:
Fixed installation: -30 degrees to+90 degrees.
Mobile installation: -5 degrees to+90 degrees.
Minimum bending radius:
Fixed installation: 5 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Mobile installation: When the travel is less than 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. When the travel is greater than 10 meters, the bending radius is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
