Application scope
RVVP electrical installation shielded cables are suitable for use as measurement, monitoring, and control cables in machine tool manufacturing, complete equipment installation engineering, power plants, heating and air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, office automation equipment, and data processing systems. Compared to RVV cables, RVVP cables have better electromagnetic compatibility characteristics due to the use of copper wire braided shielding. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for installation sites with harsh electromagnetic environments and small installation distances. RVVP cable products can be installed in cable trays and hoses for indoor installation.

Conductor: Multi strand ultra-fine twisted oxygen free copper wire, in accordance with VDE0295CLASS5 standard.
Insulation: Special mixed PVC insulation.
Color: ≤ 0.5mm color identification, in accordance with JB8734 Brown, black, light blue, purple, pink, orange, blue ≥ 0.5mm black numbers with white numbering, 3 or more cores with yellow green grounding wire.
Inner lining: PP tape or aluminum foil, including shielding.
Weaving: Bare copper wire or tin plated copper wire weaving shielding.
Sheath: Mixed 70 degree PVC sheath, black (RAL9005) or black (RAL7001).
Acceptable customer requirements comply with DESINA standard colors.
Minimum bending radius:
Mobile installation: 15 x cable outer diameter.
Fixed installation: 6 x cable outer diameter.
Temperature range for use:
Mobile installation: -10 ℃ to+70 ℃.
Fixed installation: -30 ℃ to+70 ℃.
Test voltage: ＜ 0.5mm ²: 2000V ≥ 0.5mm ² : 2500V.
Working voltage: ＜ 0.75mm ²: 300/300V ≥ 0.75mm ²: 300/500V.
