Elevator Traveling Flat Cable

    Application scope

    The elevator traveling flat cable is designed with a special structure, which has a long service life and maximizes the operating efficiency of the elevator production enterprise.     Conductor: multi strand superfine finely twisted oxygen free copper wire, complying with vde0295calss 5 standard.

    Insulation: special mixed PVC insulation.

    Color: color representation, in accordance with GB5023.6 (yellow, white, orange, light green, pink) digital number (without yellow green grounding wire).

    Inner liner: None.

    Reinforcement: high strength galvanized aviation steel wire (optional).

    Sheath: cold resistant PVC special sheath, gray (ral7001) or black (ral9005).

    If the elevator cable is used as follows:

    1. When elevator cables are arranged in a straight line:

    (1) Free use length is greater than 35m;

    (2) The running speed is greater than 1.6 m/S;

    It should be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire rope or fiber rope such as aramid yarn.

    2. When elevator cables are twisted in quincunx arrangement.

    (1) The free suspension length is greater than 80m;

    (2) Operating speed from 4.0 m/s to 10.0 M/S.

    It shall be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire rope.

    Guidelines for use

    In normal use, the maximum conductor temperature is 70 UC.

    The cable is suitable for use in an environment of 15 ~+400c:

    When elevator cables are arranged in a straight line.

    1. The free use length is greater than 35m;

    2. The running speed is greater than 1.6m/s;

    It should be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire rope or fiber rope, such as aramid yarn, etc.

    When elevator cables are twisted in quincunx arrangement.

    1. The free suspension length is greater than 80m;

    2. The operating speed is 4.0m/s~10.0 m/s;

    It shall be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire rope.
