Elevator Flat Cable
Product Characteristics
The elevator flat cable adopts a new type of cold resistant flexible special outer sheath, which can maintain flexibility at -15 ℃ low temperature. Due to the weight of the cable and the tension it needs to bear, its cable structure must be specially designed when it is used in large length suspension. High strength aviation galvanized steel wire is used for bearing, which prolongs the service life.
Application scope
The elevator flat cable is designed with a special structure and has a long service life to maximize the operating efficiency of the elevator production enterprise. The elevator control cable can provide overall electrical control under the condition of long suspension length and bear mechanical stress at the same time. The elevator cable can be used for long-distance suspension applications because it uses steel wire to carry the cable core.

Conductor: multi strand superfine finely twisted oxygen free copper wire, complying with vde0295calss 5 standard.
Insulation: special mixed PVC insulation.
Color: color representation, in accordance with GB5023.6 (yellow, white, orange, light green, pink) digital number (without yellow green grounding wire).
Inner liner: None.
Reinforcement: high strength galvanized aviation steel wire (optional).
Sheath: cold resistant PVC special sheath, gray (ral7001) or black (ral9005).
