The double shielded flexible cable needs to have characteristics such as flexibility, bending resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, bending resistance, flame retardancy, and corrosion resistance (resistant to complex chemical environments such as weak acids and bases), which make the cable's advantages in industrial sites such as drag chain systems maximized. The double shielded flexible cable has good mechanical performance and is highly flexible. The designed service life for drag chains is 8 million cycles of bending, and has been effectively validated in practical use.

Insulation: High strength polymer special composite insulation special material.

Core wire color: numerical numbering or color differentiation (customizable).

Inner sheath: High strength polymer special composite sheath special material.

Shielding: Anti oxidation tin plated copper mesh woven shielding, weaving density ≥ 85%, with aluminum foil wrapped shielding, can effectively prevent interference and attenuation of various signals.

Outer sheath: High strength polymer special composite sheath special material or imported PUR polyurethane material.

Sheath colors: gray, black, orange (customizable).

Rated voltage: ≥ 0.5mm: 300/500V<0.5mm: 300/300V.

Test voltage: 2500V.

Temperature range: -22 ℃ to+90 ℃ or -40 ℃ to+105 ℃.
