Crown Block Flat Cable
Product Characteristics
The flat cable of the crown block is designed with a flexible flat structure, which is used for the mobile installation of the power or control connecting cable of the crown block equipment. The traveling flat cable of crown block is generally installed by traveling suspension type, which is also called traveling flat cable of crown block (traveling crane). High strength galvanized tensile soft steel wire can be placed on both sides of the cable as required to enhance the tensile performance of the cable. The special outer sheath composite can still be soft and flame retardant at -15 ℃.
Application scope
The flat cable of crown block is designed with a special structure and can be installed as a power and control cable on the track, crane, logistics transportation and other occasions. It is installed in the factory room or warehouse for lifting, handling, placing and other action commands of goods. Generally, there are single beam or double beam crown block cranes.
product mix
Conductor: multi strand fine twisted oxygen free copper wire, complying with vde0295class 5 standard.
Insulation: color representation, comply with 2271iec (brown, blue, black, yellow green), black number and white number, comply with en50214 standard (please specify if yellow green grounding wire is included).
Sheath: oil resistant, flame retardant, elastic PVC special sheath or gray (ral7001), black (ral9005). It must be explained in advance when it is used outdoors.
If the crane is used as follows:
1. When the lifting cables are arranged in a straight line:
(1) Free use length is greater than 35m;
(2) The running speed is greater than 1.6 m/S;
It should be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire or fiber rope such as aramid yarn.
2. When the lifting cable is arranged in quincunx stranding:
(1) The free suspension length is greater than 80m;
(2) The operating speed is 4.0 m/s to 10.0 M/S;
It shall be considered to add load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire rope.
